Backwards Blogs: Why has the convention of live-blogging events developed such that the last item is always placed at the top? Do they really expect that readers are going to be reading them in real time, and hitting refresh over and over again? If so, why would posting in order not work just as well, since hitting a soft refresh won't reload the whole page, just the changed part?
I find it extremely annoying reading these things in reverse and think the whole convention should be completely abandoned.
